How we work

Agree the evidence. Then agree the work.

Assess, design, implement and operate with a clear scope. Each stage needs customer input, named responsibilities and a result to check.

Discuss the affected task

Start with the affected business task. Agree which activities are feasible and who handles each step before work begins. The signed scope determines the work and any ongoing responsibilities.

01 / Assess

Tell us the affected task, locations, known delays and what your team has observed. Agree access and test conditions. The output to agree is a baseline, findings with limits and a next step to investigate.

02 / Design

Review the evidence, supplier constraints and proposed change with your team. Agree responsibilities, risks, costs and how the result will be accepted. The output is a scoped proposal and a plan for approval.

03 / Implement

Your named owner approves the work and access. Confirm supplier dependencies and how to restore the previous setup if needed. Carry out only authorised changes, test the agreed tasks and record results and unresolved issues for handover.

04 / Operate

Where ongoing monitoring or support is contracted, agree the boundaries, service hours, contacts and escalation route. Your team supplies named owners and change approvals. The outputs are the agreed records and reviews; coverage depends on the contract.

A clearer starting point

What work needs a clearer next step?

Tell us the challenge. We can discuss the evidence, scope and who handles the next step.
