Pricing

Know what you are buying before work starts.

Assessment, implementation and ongoing service are separate purchasing decisions. Agree what is included, what costs extra and who handles each responsibility.

Assessment

Agree the affected task, locations, observation period, access needs and outputs. Confirm feasibility and the fee before work starts. An assessment does not require you to buy a service or promise a definite cause.

Implementation

Agree the proposed change, setup work, supplier dependencies and tests used to accept the work. Identify exclusions, customer responsibilities and charges for changes to the scope.

Ongoing service

Confirm included capacity, service hours, support boundaries, contract term and exit or handover arrangements. Monitoring and response apply only where contracted.

Edge Relay

Locations, application traffic, agreed testing and any rollout shape the proposal. Separate the assessment fee from setup and recurring charges. Confirm route suitability, capacity, access needs and acceptance measures.

Download Edge

File sizes, storage, user locations and data transferred affect charges. Confirm included capacity, charges above that capacity, setup fees and support. Compare all expected charges with current usage; savings are not guaranteed.

Managed Edge

Locations, target dates, supplier work and handovers shape setup costs. Scope recurring management separately. Identify subcontracted work, service hours, change charges, exclusions and incident responsibilities.
